1. Introduction
The website is provided for private personal use only.
- • You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
- • You agree to follow all applicable laws and rules
2. License to Use the Website
NrPoker grants a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to access the website and play poker for entertainment.
- • Only one account per user is allowed
- • Accurate personal information must be provided
- • You are responsible for your Player ID and password
3. No Warranties
The website and games are provided “AS IS”. NrPoker does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
4. Prohibited Uses
- • Underage play is strictly prohibited
- • No bots, solvers, or automated tools
- • No collusion, angle-shooting, or unethical play
- • No commercial or professional gambling
Violations may result in account termination and balance confiscation.
5. Player Conduct
All players must behave respectfully.
Disputes must be reported to support@no-rake.com.
Chat is allowed only in English or Spanish.
6. Fees & Transactions
NrPoker generally does not charge rake.
- • Blockchain or crypto transaction fees may apply
- • Some tournaments may include registration fees
- • Some cash games may have rake (check game details)
7. Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. NrPoker is not liable for losses due to compromised credentials.
8. Responsible Gaming
If you believe you have a gambling problem, please contact support. NrPoker may suspend accounts to enforce responsible gaming.
9. Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for 12 months may be suspended. Unclaimed balances after 60 days may be forfeited.
10. Termination & Changes
NrPoker may terminate access at any time. Continued use means you accept updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and disputes fall under Costa Rican jurisdiction.
